Gender Equality and Sexism in the Workplace (Advanced)

Training objective: To deepen understanding of gender equality (F-M) and sexism in the workplace. Raise awareness, inform, and empower participants to recognize and act against sexist behaviors while promoting gender equality in a professional context. Differentiate sexist behaviors, understand their responsibility in prevention and response to such behaviors, and identify resources to promote equality.
