Description
Support Paris City agents and supervisors in modernizing and innovating public services through collaborative methods. The training aims to strengthen skills in collective intelligence and project facilitation, while contextualizing learning within the Parisian framework and missions.
Learning Objectives
- Define the role of a facilitating manager in collaborative project management while supporting innovation and co-construction with teams.
- Develop collective intelligence skills to adapt soft skills necessary for successful collaborative projects.
- Design collaborative projects tailored to the needs of users and stakeholders.
- Test, adapt, and prototype innovative solutions through rapid prototyping.
- Promote and disseminate collaborative projects to encourage broader adoption.
Target Audience
Officials, project managers, supervisors, and managers involved in modernization, public innovation, or service transformation projects.
Prerequisites
Initial experience in project management or participation in collaborative initiatives.
Understanding of collaboration and innovation challenges in a public context.
Completion of training: COL8 A Level 1.
