GLPI and OCS Inventory - IT Asset Management

General training objective: Upon completion, participants will be able to deploy, configure, and use GLPI and OCS Inventory solutions to effectively manage an IT inventory, while ensuring equipment tracking, maintenance, and incident management. Targeted skills: - Install and configure GLPI and OCS Inventory for an IT inventory. - Manage hardware and software inventories with OCS Inventory. - Track incidents and requests with GLPI. - Implement best practices for inventory management and maintenance. Targeted SAME level: Application Modality: All modalities (in-person, virtual classroom, and hybrid) are possible. Possible locations: Client premises or Ascent Formation premises in metropolitan France and DROM-COM. Maximum number of participants: 20
