Training objective: Acquire the fundamentals of word processing with LibreOffice Writer to create, format, and structure professional documents efficiently. Skills acquired upon completion of the training: - Understand the LibreOffice Writer environment: familiarize with the interface, toolbars, menus, and file formats. - Create, save, and manage documents in various formats (ODT, DOCX, PDF). - Format documents: apply fonts, manage colors, alignments, backgrounds, and paragraph indents. - Structure documents effectively using bullet points, numbered lists, and formatted paragraphs. - Proofread and revise text using spelling and grammar checking tools. - Create and manage tables to organize data within a document. - Insert and manipulate graphical elements (images, charts, shapes) and manage their text wrapping. - Configure page layout: margins, orientation, headers, and footers. - Use styles and templates: apply predefined styles, create and save custom templates. - Print or export a document in PDF format, ready for professional distribution.
