Description
Malware is a malicious program intentionally designed to damage equipment. Malware intrusions take various forms, ranging from simple scripts to executable code. The general public is familiar with several types of malware, including viruses, Trojans, ransomware, spyware, and adware. A malware intrusion in a company's information system can paralyze its operations, cause data leaks, and even lead to bankruptcy. It is therefore essential to understand how these malicious programs function in order to identify, analyze, and implement the necessary security countermeasures. This advanced part of the Malware Analysis training focuses on discovering dynamic malware analysis techniques for a deeper understanding of these threats. This will be conducted in Windows and Android environments. Throughout the training, practical demonstrations and a laboratory simulating a real-world scenario will reinforce the assimilation of the concepts and knowledge acquired.
