Managing IT Projects in a Cross-Functional Context: Methods, Tools, and Management

Training objective: Enable IT project managers and coordinators to effectively lead IT projects in a cross-functional context — by mastering project management methods (V-cycle, Agile, hybrid), control tools, and influence management skills — to structure, mobilize, and advance technical teams without a direct hierarchical link. The training is based on a continuous case study of a cross-functional IT project drawn from the participants’ context — progressively enriched with each module. Each participant leaves with an operational project charter, risk plan, and influence plan.
