Description

Acquire the essential foundations of public procurement to understand the principles of public contracting, structure a need, master the key stages of the procurement process and integrate the first reflexes of performance and sustainability (CSR). Preparatory meeting: - Identify the needs and profiles of participants. - Adapt case studies and the red thread to the context (local authority, hospital, public institution, etc.). - Clarify operational expectations and knowledge levels. - Define pedagogical success indicators. - A preparatory questionnaire is sent to guide the trainer on the real needs of the group. Red thread – "Conducting a public procurement from A to Z" Throughout the training, participants conduct a fictional procurement for a public structure. The steps of the red thread: - Define a need and draft a simplified specifications document, - Choose the appropriate procedure based on thresholds and the nature of the contract, - Analyze fictional offers according to weighted criteria, - Integrate a CSR criterion and justify the final choice, - Present their approach and conclusions collectively. The final restitution allows for the evaluation of understanding, logic and the transferability of acquired knowledge.
