Description
Training objective: Consolidate learning from the first two days, leverage real-world experience, and strengthen effective practices in cross-functional management by addressing successes, challenges, relational dynamics, and individual and collective impact levers.
Learning Objectives
- Identify successes and difficulties encountered in implementing cross-functional management practices.
- Analyze the organizational, relational, and emotional levers mobilized or not in these situations.
- Review and enhance key tools covered in the first two days: ally map, roles and responsibilities, relational negotiation, reframing, posture: life positions/Karpman drama triangle, etc.
- Co-develop optimization paths through collective intelligence (codev).
- Better understand one’s personal strengths and their positive impact on cross-functional management.
Target Audience
Managers, project managers, coordinators, and team leaders who have already completed the first two days of the "Transversal Management" training
Prerequisites
Attendance at the first two days of the training.
Completion of the preparatory questionnaire.
