This training enables cybersecurity experts to structure and manage cybersecurity governance at the level of a critical multi-site group. It addresses strategic challenges (LPM, NIS2, ISO 27001), crisis management, security roadmaps, and Group indicators. Practical simulations align security with business requirements and continuity constraints.
Learning Objectives
- Structure an Information Security Governance (SSI) adapted to critical and multi-entity environments
- Build and manage a security master plan integrating LPM, NIS2, ISO 27001, and GDPR
- Coordinate cybersecurity stakeholders (DSI, CISO, business units, management) and manage arbitrations
- Define Group SSI indicators (KPIs, KRIs) and consolidated dashboards
- Organize cyber crisis response at the group level (industrial, energy, IT)
