Throughout the day, participants work on a shared large-account case: a company deploys multiple AI use cases (internal generative assistant, HR tool for candidate screening, scoring solution, office copilot, vendor tool for document analysis). Each session enriches a common deliverable: the company’s AI Act roadmap.

• Understand the logic of the AI Act and its risk-based approach.
• Identify what constitutes an AI system under the regulation and distinguish common enterprise cases.
• Locate application deadlines between February 2025, August 2025, and August 2026.
• Differentiate obligations based on roles: provider, deployer, importer, distributor, internal user.
• Identify documentation, transparency, human oversight, and traceability requirements.
• Understand the operational scope of Article 4 on AI literacy and demonstrate a serious approach.
• Assess risks of sanctions, liability, and reputational exposure.
• Develop an initial compliance roadmap tailored to a large organization.
