Description
A one-day, field-oriented training program designed to streamline the management of an IT hardware inventory: organization, workflows, FIFO, inventories, and restocking, including checklists and directly applicable processes.
Learning Objectives
- Organize an IT hardware stock (receipt, storage, issuance, returns) in a reliable and reproducible manner.
- Apply FIFO rules (and variants based on typology) to limit losses, obsolescence, and errors.
- Conduct an effective inventory (rotating or annual), analyze discrepancies, and ensure data reliability.
- Structure simple restocking: minimum/maximum thresholds, reorder point, order tracking.
- Set up a management dashboard using a few operational KPIs.

Prerequisites
Knowledge of the main hardware families managed (PCs, screens, peripherals, mobile devices, accessories).
Ability to use a tracking tool (spreadsheet and/or internal tool) and understand input/output concepts.
