Deep Learning - Fundamentals

Training objectives: Upon completion of the training, the trainee will be able to grasp the key concepts of Deep Learning (deep learning) and integrate these fundamentals into the implementation of neural networks.

• Understand Machine Learning concepts and the evolution toward Deep Learning (deep neural networks)
• Know the basic building blocks of Deep Learning: simple, convolutional, and recursive neural networks
• Grasp more advanced models: autoencoders, GANs, reinforcement learning
• Understand the theoretical and practical foundations of neural network architecture and convergence
• Understand the methodologies for implementing neural networks, their strengths, and limitations
