Description
A 2-day training program focused on production, designed to specialize in the creation and management of Copilot agents within the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Teams, Power Platform/Copilot Studio depending on the environment). Participants define a use case, structure documentary sources, build a customized agent, then test and prepare it for a pilot deployment. The training also covers operational fundamentals: security and permissions, response quality, testing plan, minimal governance, and maintenance runbook. Upon completion: 1 to 2 prototype agents and a reproducible method.
Learning Objectives
- Distinguish the main Copilot agent environments (M365, Teams, Copilot Studio/Power Platform) and choose the right framework based on need.
- Frame an agent: objective, scope, response rules, escalation to human, error handling, expected quality.
- Build a customizable agent: knowledge base, instructions, scenarios, tests, publication.
- Set up the fundamentals of operation: rights and access, minimal governance, runbook, improvement loop.
Target Audience
IT administrators/support staff/M365 referents aiming to specialize in design, creation, and operation.
Prerequisites
Master the fundamentals of M365 (Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, basic security).
Have already used Copilot.
