Open Source Strategy (OPEN SOURCE PROGRAM OFFICE)
Description
General training objective: Enable participants to implement a coherent strategy for the use, publication, and contribution to open source projects within their organization through the creation and management of an Open Source Programme Office (OSPO). Format: All formats (in-person, virtual classroom, and hybrid) are possible. Possible training locations: Beneficiary’s premises or Ascent Formation’s premises, in metropolitan France and DROM-COM. Maximum number of participants: 20 Targeted SAME level: Mastery (M) Targeted skills: - Develop an open source strategy aligned with organizational objectives. - Structure and manage an Open Source Programme Office (OSPO). - Define rules for the use, publication, and contribution to open source projects.
